Today I called tech support to report that my "V" key was not working

I forgot to mention that today was special for another reason--I officially became tech support's biggest headache/computer imbecile. I was trying to type the word "inventory" when I noticed that I could not type a V. Fearing that I would become completely computer-handicapped, I impulsively called tech support to report the problem. He was like, "OK.....um......I guess I can pop the key out, or spray it with an air can" (his other advice to me has been "restart", which as any idiot knows, fixes most problems). Then I pressed harder and it started working (the crumb broke up).
